Marketing Coordinator
Job Description:
As a Marketing Coordinator in our fast-paced and international environment, you are the vital link between our brand, customers, and partners. You ensure that our marketing activities are organized, effective, and in line with our commercial goals. You’ll work across channels, coordinate campaigns, and help drive the visibility of our products and services—especially within the technical and offshore sectors.

In this dynamic and hands-on role, no two days are the same. You manage multiple projects at once and support the marketing efforts from idea to execution. Whether it's launching a product, updating our website, or organizing trade shows, your creativity and organizational skills help bring our brand to life. You collaborate closely with sales, product specialists, and external partners to deliver campaigns that convert and content that resonates.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Managing content for website, social media, and newsletters.

Supporting the sales team with marketing materials and presentations.

Organizing trade shows, events, and promotional activities.

Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to improve results.

Ensuring brand consistency in all external communication.

Collaborating with suppliers and designers for marketing collateral.

Workshop Assistant
The Workshop Assistant is responsible for (assisting with) the assembly, disassembly, refurbishment, and cleaning of drilling and handling tools. Other tasks include loading and unloading, inspecting incoming and outgoing goods, and packaging items for shipment.

After a thorough onboarding period, during which you will familiarize yourself with the company and the industry, the role will expand to include light administrative tasks. Additionally, based on your talent and commitment, you will have the opportunity to take on further responsibilities.
Job Requirements:

(V)MBO-level work and thinking capacity

Technical insight/affinity with technology

Practical experience is preferred, but not required

Accurate, stress-resistant, a team player, and proactive

Proficiency in the Dutch language

Proficiency in a foreign language (English) is a plus

Experience with a forklift is preferred, but not required
