Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for 32-40 hours per week. Working at IOT Holland means being part of a close-knit team in an informal and international work environment.

Job Description

​In this independent role, you will support the team in areas of rental and logistics. It’s a challenging and dynamic position where, in addition to administrative tasks (order entry, management, and processing), you will also have intensive contact with suppliers and customers. Of course, you will receive thorough guidance, especially at the beginning, to master all tasks as effectively as possible.

In addition to ad-hoc tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

Job Description

As a Junior / Coring Field Engineer, you play a crucial role in collecting and analyzing soil samples (cores) for various applications. Your tasks will include:

  • Supporting the setup and execution of core operations on-site.
     

  • Operating, maintaining, and calibrating specialized equipment.
     

  • Assisting with sample collection and data documentation.
     

  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
     

  • Reporting results to senior engineers and project managers.

  • A completed technical or geological education (MBO or HBO) or relevant work experience.

QHSE Coordinator

Job Description:

In this role, you will be ultimately responsible for all matters related to quality, safety, and sustainability. As a QHSE coordinator, you will collaborate extensively with other departments and management, but you will carry out the majority of your tasks independently. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing our ISO 9001 quality management system
     

  • Organizing and leading internal and external audits
     

  • Recording and monitoring (near) accidents, complaints, and deviations
     

  • Managing the emergency response plan and BHV (Emergency Response) organization
     

  • Scheduling training sessions such as BHV, VCA, or forklift operation
     

  • Conducting workplace inspections in the workshop, yard, and at client locations
     

  • Coordinating maintenance and inspections of work equipment
     

  • Fulfilling the role of Prevention Officer

Workshop

Workshop Assistant

Job Requirements:

The Workshop Assistant is responsible for (assisting with) the assembly, disassembly, refurbishment, and cleaning of drilling and handling tools. Other tasks include loading and unloading, inspecting incoming and outgoing goods, and packaging items for shipment.

​

After a thorough onboarding period, during which you will familiarize yourself with the company and the industry, the role will expand to include light administrative tasks. Additionally, based on your talent and commitment, you will have the opportunity to take on further responsibilities.

  • (V)MBO-level work and thinking capacity
     

  • Technical insight/affinity with technology
     

  • Practical experience is preferred, but not required
     

  • Accurate, stress-resistant, a team player, and proactive
